Orders

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your favourite bag, choose your colour, and click “Add to Cart”. Follow the checkout steps to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. Please contact us at yaffa.lifta@gmail.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Will I receive a confirmation after ordering?
Yes! You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete.


Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada & United States: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times and any applicable customs fees vary by destination.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package in real time.

My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

How do I start a return?
Contact us at yaffa.lifta@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Can I exchange an item?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

What materials are your bags made from?
Our collection features a range of materials including soft PU leather, genuine first-layer cowhide, and polyester-lined interiors — each selected for quality, durability, and feel.

Do your bags come in different colours?
Yes! Most of our bags are available in multiple colours. Check each product page for available options.

How do I care for my Yaffa bag?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust or light stains. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
