Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada & United States: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, high demand, or postal service delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your package in real time.

Multiple Packages

To ensure the fastest delivery, items within the same order may be dispatched separately as soon as they are ready. You will receive individual tracking details for each shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Yaffa is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong product received)

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and product integrity:

  • Used items
  • Personalized products
  • Items returned without prior approval

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
